01 — The Challenge
Collecting authentic marketing content from 75 franchise locations involved inconsistent submission processes, unclear instructions, and repeated follow-ups. These obstacles created unnecessary coordination work and made it difficult to maintain a consistent flow of content from local centers.
02 — The Solution
Designed a high-fidelity UX concept for a centralized content submission portal. The proposed experience simplifies content collection through drag-and-drop uploads, voice-note options, clear submission guidelines, and an intuitive interface designed for busy franchise teams.
03 — The Impact
Developed a scalable content submission workflow that could streamline coordination between franchise locations and national marketing, reduce administrative follow-ups, and encourage more consistent contributions of authentic, locally generated content.
The concept is currently under consideration by Brain Balance for potential implementation.
