Onboarding Coaches and Processing DBS Checks

My roles in this 4-week project was to onboard over 100 careers coaches for young people onto the charity's summer programme. This involved verifying the identities of each coach, processing their background (DBS) checks and maintaining a database detailing the progress of each application.
