Media Production for ReInvent 2024

As Producer and Media Director for ReInvent 2024, I led the end-to-end creative vision and execution of all media content for this dynamic, future-focused gathering of entrepreneurs, innovators, and wellness leaders.

From pre-production to post, I oversaw every phase of storytelling:

Creative & Media Direction: Developed the visual identity and narrative arc of the event’s media presence. I crafted detailed shot lists and creative briefs to ensure every camera angle, interview, and moment aligned with ReInvent’s empowering message of transformation and resilience.

Production Lead: Produced all event content across multiple formats, including keynote coverage, behind-the-scenes moments, speaker interviews, and audience engagement. My on-site coordination ensured a seamless experience across a multi-day shoot.

Partnerships & Brand Alignment: Led and managed all media partnerships, ensuring alignment across sponsors, speakers, and affiliated brands. This included overseeing branded content opportunities and ensuring cohesive messaging across assets.

Post-Production Supervision: Directed the edit and delivery of the official ReInvent 2024 Sizzle Reel, as well as social cutdowns and recap content. I worked closely with editors and motion designers to shape high-impact visuals that reflected the energy and impact of the experience.
