It is estimated that about 70% of customers abandon their shopping carts. By setting up an abandoned cart flow, I helped recover a healthy amount of those customers by encouraging them to return and complete their purchases.

Out of Regz offers a sample/demo pack containing three different variants of their pomade as a low-risk way of trying out their pomades.
This flow is designed to check up on customers who bought the sample pack by asking them how they liked the pomade, which variant they liked, and encourage them to upgrade to a full-sized pack of their favorite variant.
Subscription Upsell Flow
This is a flow encouraging buyers who have placed 3 a la carte orders to switch to a pomade subscription and save 20% on future pomade renewals according to the time periods they set, thereby building predictable recurring revenue for the brand.
