The project's main goal was to give EZOfficeInventory app a fresh and contemporary look by overhauling the user experience and user interface. We found that the current onboarding process and user journeys weren't aligned with the newly defined user personas. To address this, I took on the challenge of creating new user pathways, introducing innovative use cases to improve the overall efficiency and user-friendliness. After mapping out the user experience, the next step involved crafting a new, modern appearance for our end users. I opted for a clean and minimalist UI design to achieve this updated aesthetic. Additionally, I set up a flexible design library that developers could leverage, streamlining development efforts and boosting efficiency across the entire team.
