The workflow captures real-time payment notifications via PayPal webhooks, extracts key details (e.g., transaction ID, payer info, amount), and updates records in Airtable.
I integrated an external API to convert payment amounts into a base currency (OMR) and store the converted values in Airtable.
The system also generates invoices in Xero and sends personalized email notifications to customers using SendGrid, confirming payment details like amount, transaction ID, and converted currency. This significantly reduces manual effort, ensures accuracy, and enhances operational efficiency.
