Solved a critical bottleneck for a successful life coaching business where support team was manually processing PayPal payments and sending consultation instructions. Prior to automation, staff spent hours monitoring PayPal notifications and crafting individual emails to connect clients with the coach's Telegram.
Developed an intelligent system that:
Captures PayPal payment notifications via web-hooks
Automatically filters consultation service payments from tips
Extracts client's name, email, and service details from JSON data
Create draft email personalized from JSON data for each payment
