Project Overview: I led the update of the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) Manual for First Atlantic Bank to incorporate new processes introduced between 2021 and 2023. This involved working with cross-functional teams to gather input, structure the manual, and ensure seamless integration of changes without disrupting operations.

Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards while documenting evolving procedures.
Coordinating with multiple departments to gather accurate, comprehensive updates.

Project Management Approach: I applied a hybrid project management approach, combining Waterfall for structured documentation and Agile for iterative feedback and continuous improvements. A Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) was used to organize tasks and ensure efficient time and resource management.
Planning: Formed the project team, defined scope, and outlined key milestones and deliverables. The project was broken into sprints for regular feedback and refinement.
Execution: Led the team in gathering process updates from stakeholders and updating the SOP document. Weekly check-ins ensured alignment and tracked progress.
Closure: Though I transitioned to another project before completion, I ensured a smooth handover of all documentation, reports, and deliverables to the new project manager.

The manual was 85% complete by project transition, with most critical process updates incorporated.
