Glossy Girl

For this package design project, I was tasked with conceptualizing and designing a hanger tab package. I chose to do a lip gloss package. My initial idea was sticking in my comfort zone and design the packaging with light pastels and girly graphics. After pursuing this idea, I decided to push myself and take a bright, bold route. I stuck with the same name, “Glossy Girl”, but went with electric colors, bold graphics, and impactful typography. This resulted in a bold and different design approach to the cosmetic industry, showing that a “Glossy Girl” doesn’t have to be soft and girly.
