Allet is a telehealth care software designed to reduce the risk faced by patients during their health care. Allet is designed to solve three main issues that will reduce the potential risk in their general healthcare.

Patients get wrong medication due to selection of the wrong item.

Patients diagnosis and treatment are delayed due to failure to follow up on test result.

Both the healthcare IT manufacturers and health care organization may not have the knowledge, expertise and certification.

90% Majority of the weakness of telehealth companies and institution in the United States might have potential risks due to the problem statement.

85% Don't have an active and stable plan in solving their telehealth issues. Leading to loss of patients, client, license to practice, etc.

The use of any features and functions of a complex health IT based clinical applications can create risks to patients, the organization responsible for their care, or even developers.

Firstly, to develop a compensating controls to prevent or at least reduce the potency of errors among patients in their health care, estimates should be made possible for many issues.

I analyzed direct and indirect competitors in providing telehealth opportunities and also focusing mainly on their arising potential risk. I majored on their rating, accessibility, type of service offered, strengths and weaknesses.

Medisr Rating: Largest leading medical tourism in Nigeria. Accessibililty: Little or no accessibility in giving feedback. Type of service offered: Advanced medical tourism. Strengths: Cheaper prices than the United States, Quality service for indigene Weakness: Wait times can be long, Documentation not provided.

SESAME Care Rating: Best in skin care, dental care, mental health, etc. Accessibility: Very accessible in giving feedback based on the reviewers. Type of service offered: Skin care, dental care, mental health, diabetes care, sleep issues, men's health, etc. Strengths: Can book same day, Affordable prices. Weakness: Wait times can be long, Documentation not provided.

Create a time in a day per week to discuss and review about your medical reports.

Create a link across organization, location and time to verify information and recommendations from other health body.

Create a clinical risk management (by scanning for potential risk) to be completed by the patients in supporting developing, implementing, patching risk.

After stating the prioritizing on the possible solutions, the best platform to solve this problem needs to be chosen. This problem will be focused on an application because of the following reasons;

It saves time in checking your healthcare and undergoing some medical check up.

An application can work offline (in checking your medical reports and schedules.

This service has a specific purpose that is to scan for potential risk in addition to your health care.

It allows steady enhancement of the User Interface (easy changes to improve the engagement and conversation rate.

I investigated small groups of potential participants to understand how they feel about the product and the design by tagging people and groups on twitter, linkedin, etc.

There was a design suggestion given to change a part of the website section.

There was a high positive response of 10 high class designers in closed source groups.

There was a need to solve the problem and carefully analyze the cons of the competitors.

I received some commendations and mentored some entry designers on the process.

Working on the project gave me the opportunity to learn more about the medical and health sector of not only my country Nigeria, but also to the world. I was able to build some design skills that will build or increase conversion rate, like the appealing and clear call to action, Efficient white spaces, being color wise. Remembering the power of visuals images and adding a chat box.

There are lot of facts not yet processed from the possible solutions to the business goals and users goals that need more addressing. More known form of user testing like the heat tracking, A/B Testing, usability testing quantitative preference testing, etc needs to be done.
