Project Overview:

Zeoby is a medical tourism agency based in Turkey, specializing in providing reliable and affordable medical procedures to European clients. With healthcare costs soaring across Europe, Zeoby offers a cost-effective, high-quality solution for those seeking medical care abroad. Recognizing the need for a cohesive and appealing brand identity to reflect their values and connect with their target audience, I spearheaded a complete brand overhaul for them.
Objective:
Revamp Zeoby’s brand identity to resonate with their primary audience: women seeking medical procedures in Turkey.
Emphasize the agency’s core values: luxury, reliability, and affordability.
Enhance Zeoby’s overall digital presence to attract and engage a broader customer base effectively.
My Role: I undertook the following responsibilities to deliver a comprehensive branding solution for Zeoby:
Brand Identity Redesign:
Zeoby initially used a blue color palette, which aligned well with the concept of medical tourism. However, after analyzing their target audience and services, I recommended incorporating pink as the primary brand color.
Why Pink? Pink symbolizes femininity, luxury, and care—qualities in line with Zeoby's target demographic and high-end services. It helped position the brand as more approachable and relatable for women.
Designed an elegant and cohesive brand identity, including the logo, typography, brand colors, and social media templates.

Cross-functional Collaboration on Website Design:

Worked collaboratively with the website development team to ensure the branding was consistent across all digital touchpoints.
Provided guidance on UI/UX design elements to align with the new visual identity. Helped with layout suggestions and created visual assets for the website while ensuring an appealing, user-friendly design for European audiences.

Social Media Strategy and Content Creation:

Designed dynamic, visually engaging social media content tailored to promote Zeoby’s affordable and luxurious medical tourism offerings.
Created content for Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn, aimed at increasing awareness, driving engagement, and building trust with the audience.
Used testimonials, before-and-after imagery (with client approval), and visuals that highlighted affordability and luxury to connect emotionally with potential clients.
Established a social media style guide to maintain consistency across posts and campaigns.

Key Challenges and Solutions:

Challenge: Transitioning from blue-focused visuals to a pink-themed aesthetic without compromising Zeoby’s professional image.
Solution: Carefully curated a palette where pink played a central role, complemented by neutral and sophisticated tones for balance. This ensured the brand retained professionalism while adding a personal, feminine touch. Challenge: Ensuring consistency across social media, website, and offline materials during the rebranding transition.
Solution: Developed a comprehensive brand guide to document all design choices, ensuring brand alignment across different platforms and media types.

Results:

Client Satisfaction: The client was thrilled with the transformation, expressing how the revamped brand better represented their offerings to their target audience.
Increased Engagement: The new identity drove higher engagement on social media platforms, resulting in more inquiries from prospective patients.
Consistency: Zeoby now has a cohesive, polished brand presence across all platforms, helping them establish credibility and build trust with European clientele.
Market Positioning: By focusing on a more female-centric aesthetic while maintaining a sense of luxury and professionalism, Zeoby effectively differentiated itself from competitors in the medical tourism space.
