Web redesign for ACEF Outaouais

I undertook a comprehensive redesign of the ACEF Outaouais website. The process involved an in-depth analysis of the existing site, collaborative discussions with stakeholders, and the implementation of user-centered design principles. The redesign focused on mobile responsiveness, resulting in a custom WordPress theme that seamlessly integrates with the Gutenberg editor. Core Web Vitals issues were addressed for optimized performance, and on-page SEO best practices were integrated to enhance visibility. The content migration and enhancement process ensured a smooth transition, and rigorous testing was conducted to ensure functionality across various devices. Client training was provided for independent content management. The outcome is a modern, user-friendly, and technologically advanced website aligned with ACEF Outaouais's mission and values.
