What is Quote-to-Card (Q2C)? Q2C bridged the gap between prospective and enrolled Oscar members. We guided members to learn about the right Oscar plan for them and to then seamlessly enroll.
Problem: In the old design, Oscar didn't do enough to educate prospective members about future plan benefits and costs. Also, though 49% of our members received government subsidies in 2019, we didn't serve members looking to apply for subsidies on the site. We used outdated technology and had numerous accessibility issues.
Solution: A redesigned Q2C flow which educates and supports ALL users, regardless of health need, income, market, enrollment channel or device used. The updates led to a 25% increase in lead collection, which resulted in a 68% increase in enrollment in 2020.
