Airbnb CRM Automation with Make.com- Sync, Alerts & Emails

Built a complete automation system to handle Airbnb-style booking workflows and internal operations without manual effort. The main goal was to remove repetitive tasks, improve response time, and keep all tools in sync

The workflow starts with Calendly bookings, captured instantly using webhooks. Once a booking is created, the system routes data through Make.com, where conditions decide how each lead is handled. All booking details are logged into Google Sheets for tracking and reporting.

Based on booking type and inputs, the system triggers- • Real-time Slack alerts for team visibility and faster response • Personalized Gmail messages using dynamic content and conditional logic • CRM updates (SuiteCRM / HighLevel) to maintain clean lead records

Advanced routing logic was implemented to handle multiple scenarios, ensuring the right message and action is triggered every time. Error handling and fallback paths were added to avoid failures and maintain reliability.

This automation significantly reduced manual data entry, improved team communication, and created a seamless connection between scheduling, CRM, and communication tools
