Once triggered, the system automatically creates production tasks in Trello or ClickUp and uses AI to generate optimized video titles, descriptions, and keyword suggestions for improved content organization.
Additional integrations were implemented to improve team collaboration and workflow management, including automatic notifications through Slack, publishing reminders in Google Calendar, and cloud-based organization of thumbnails and content assets through Google Drive or Dropbox.
