YouTube Content Production & Publishing Automation

Managing YouTube content creation manually can become difficult when handling multiple videos, deadlines, and team members. This project was developed to automate the complete YouTube content workflow using Zapier, helping creators and media teams streamline production and publishing processes.

The automation begins whenever a new video idea is added to platforms such as Google Sheets, Airtable, or Notion. Once triggered, the system automatically creates production tasks in Trello or ClickUp and uses AI to generate optimized video titles, descriptions, and keyword suggestions for improved content organization. Additional integrations were implemented to improve team collaboration and workflow management, including automatic notifications through Slack, publishing reminders in Google Calendar, and cloud-based organization of thumbnails and content assets through Google Drive or Dropbox. The workflow was designed with a scalable and organized multi-step structure to support efficient content management, deadline tracking, and production coordination for modern YouTube creators and media businesses.
