Restaurants often handle customer orders, reservations, and notifications manually, which can slow down operations during busy hours. This project was developed to automate restaurant order processing and reservation management using Zapier and connected business tools.

The workflow is triggered whenever a customer places an online order or submits a reservation request. After activation, the system automatically sends confirmation emails or SMS notifications to customers while notifying restaurant staff instantly through Slack or Telegram. Advanced workflow features such as VIP customer tagging, reservation reminders, delivery tracking updates, and loyalty reward notifications were included to create a modern and efficient restaurant automation system designed to improve operational workflow and customer experience.
