Lancelot - Freelancer Booking App

Lancelot is a smart freelancer booking app built natively for iOS using Swift. It connects freelancers directly with agencies and clients through a real time availability calendar, removing all the back and forth that usually comes with scheduling and booking work. Think of it as your personal booking agent that works around the clock so you never have to worry about managing your calendar manually again.

The app has two modes. Freelancers can share their full year availability, receive and accept or decline booking requests, set their fee rates, offer discounts on specific days, specify half day and remote availability, and control who can see their calendar. Agencies and clients, called Suits in the app, can connect to freelancer calendars, search for available talent by date, send booking requests, make fee offers, and manage all their bookings in one clean and organized place. It makes the entire hiring and scheduling process faster, clearer, and completely transparent for both sides.

This project had a unique challenge. Our team at iRoid Solutions took it over from another developer who had left it unfinished and in poor condition. We stepped in, cleaned everything up, and delivered a fully working and polished iOS app. The client, Shueb Chowdhury, Founder of Lancelot from the United Kingdom, confirmed that we cooperated with every request and communicated clearly throughout the entire process.
