The objective of this project was to scale revenue for a Shopify-based eCommerce brand while maintaining a healthy conversion rate and average order value. I managed end-to-end performance marketing, focusing on traffic quality, funnel optimization, and data-driven ad scaling.
Through structured campaign testing, audience segmentation, and conversion rate optimization, the store achieved $175,459.31 in total sales within 30 days. Traffic increased to 76,029 online store sessions, resulting in 1,412 total orders, a 1.76% conversion rate, and a strong $106.19 average order value.
