Neuture AI | AI-Powered Career Development Platform

Neuture AI is an AI-powered career-development platform designed to help students and professionals improve employability, navigate career growth, and access personalized guidance.

As a Full-Stack Developer, I built the MVP from the ground up with the founding team, turning early product concepts into a production-ready platform. The collaboration supported Neuture AI’s launch of an AI-powered platform connecting students to the services they need, contributed to a successful €50,000 SAFE funding round, and supported rollout to early users.

The team needed to move quickly from concept to a credible product for early users, fundraising conversations, and accelerator applications, while creating a technical foundation that could grow with the platform.

I led development of the initial product experience, including user onboarding, profile management, AI-powered career guidance, personalized recommendations, career-tracking features, dashboards, and responsive user interfaces.

I integrated AI services to generate contextual career recommendations, professional-development insights, skill-gap analysis, and user-specific growth suggestions. Backend workflows connected user data with AI services to create actionable guidance.

I developed the frontend and backend systems behind the MVP, including modern component-driven interfaces, mobile-friendly layouts, dashboards, APIs, authentication workflows, user management, AI integrations, and data-processing pipelines.

I worked closely with founders and stakeholders to translate product requirements into technical decisions, prioritize MVP scope, accelerate delivery, and prepare investor-facing functionality for product demonstrations and funding conversations.

The MVP became the foundation for Neuture AI’s early platform launch and rollout to early users. It gave the team a functional AI-powered product for fundraising and accelerator preparation, including a successful €50,000 SAFE round, while establishing a scalable base for future feature development.
