Home 24 Bahía office, a branch of the home 24 real estate group, is an interior and furniture design project located in our city.

The project:

The project begins with the premise of readapting the pre-existing distribution structure to the needs of the real estate group.

Initial plans for interior design, Home 24 real estate.

The design objective was to achieve a formal and dynamic environment in which the consultants stayed and the space allowed the visit of potential clients.

For this, the PB space was available for the usage of greater flow, a common space without heavy enclosures, an area of visual permeability in which the furniture and color act strategically, used to separate, frame, highlight and in turn provide dynamism and comfort to the different spaces that interact there.

On the upper level are located the private offices and areas with less flow, the atmosphere of color and textures follows the same pattern of the lower areas.
