Scope

Overview of the Product

Uptrend is a curated platform connecting users with trusted salons, spas, wellness studios, and service professionals, offering:
Instant discovery and booking
Flexible scheduling and payments
Loyalty/coin-based wallet balance
Separate interfaces for consumers and partners (service providers) to manage bookings and operations
The product ecosystem includes both user-facing apps and operational dashboards for partners.

Challenge

The client needed a holistic assessment of usability and UX consistency across multiple product touchpoints:
Multiple interfaces created UX fragmentation
Inconsistent user flows between consumer and partner journeys
Web and app experiences felt disconnected
Dashboards were not aligned with key operational needs
Lack of strategic prioritization for mobile & web interactions
In addition, the founder’s personal site lacked alignment with the main product’s brand experience, leaving potential credibility and narrative gaps.

Holistic UX Audit

We audited all platforms (apps, dashboards, websites) against core UX criteria:
