It centralizes scattered content—documents, links, videos, and more—into one seamless hub. Powered by advanced AI, iki lets users interact naturally with their knowledge base, asking questions and getting precise answers from their organization’s collective intelligence.

The client's website faced several critical issues impacting user experience and conversions:

Navigation & Accessibility: Missing login functionality, inconsistent user interactions, and poor product visibility.

Technical Problems: Broken animations, non-functional footer links, and low conversion rate optimization.

Content & Messaging: Unclear product benefits, weak problem-solving demonstrations, and ineffective value proposition.

Conversion Strategy: The website lacked a clear strategy to convert visitors into leads or customers.

We transformed iki's digital presence by rethinking its website architecture and user flow. Our strategy addressed both technical functionality and user experience to highlight iki’s AI-powered knowledge management solution.
