Re-rising from Pandemic: Optimizing AIESEC in Bandung Performance in Instagram.

The years 2020-2022 were tough for many organizations and businesses. The pandemic forced many to transition from physical activities to fully online products. AIESEC in Bandung, an NGO focused on developing future leaders and contributing to the SDGs, traditionally created impact through offline programs targeted at youth.
The pandemic posed a significant challenge for AIESEC, and between 2020 and 2022, the organization began to lose its relevance with youth. Social media engagement declined, highlighting the need for innovation. However, 2023 brought hope as the world started to recover, and AIESEC saw an opportunity to regain its relevance and re-engage with its audience.
As the Head of Brand Marketing for AIESEC in Bandung in 2023, I successfully increased the organization’s engagement, leading to a growth in program participants and revitalized interest in our offerings. You can check my works below.
