Highwoods Community Social Media App

The Highwoods App has been built for a local community. Anyone in our local community is welcome to join. Unlike other social networks, our app centres on the interests of our members. Members are notified when content is posted that aligns with their interests, and are free to set their list of interests from an extensive list. We use push notifications to notify members, and we also have a notifications page, so it's always easy to see what notifications have been received recently. So, as a local resident, you always stay informed based on what interests you and any replies to your posts and comments.

Local businesses and organisations, including charities and community interest corporations, can register to join. Each organisation will have its own portal page where they can view direct messages sent by members. For example, a local electrician can register, enabling members to send direct messages inquiring about hiring their services.
