The first Training of my professional journey started
at VIVANTA Hotels by IHCL. At VIVANTA | worked in all four major Departments - Front Office, Food and
Beverage Service, Housekeeping and Food Production/Kitchen.
During my Industrial Training,
Key highlight in operations were -
1. Supply quests with directions and
information regarding property amenities, services, and hours of operation, and local
areas of interest and activities.
2. Process guest requests for wake up calls,
and other requests related to
placing or receiving telephone calls.
3. Operating Property Management Software- Check
In, Check Out, Profile Updation, Night Audit Run process.

Guest Handling, Exasperate Guest Handling and
Placation Techniques, Multitasking, Soft Skills &
Interpersonal Skills, Loyalty towards Brand and
