As the Social Media Manager for Amel Susan Products, a baking products company, I led the charge in growing their online presence and driving business growth across West Africa. I did this by focusing on community-building strategy and executing four high-performing social media campaigns. 
I increased the company’s Instagram following by 230%, taking it from 5,000 to 16,500 in under a few months. These efforts, coupled with influencer marketing, resulted in a 31% boost in sales across four key markets. My approach prioritized authentic engagement and building trust with the audience, driving both brand awareness and conversions.
I managed a dynamic team of seven creatives and influencers. Additionally, I crafted and optimized paid advertising strategies across Meta and Google Ads, ensuring seamless integration with Google Analytics to track and refine campaign performance. The combination of innovative campaign design and data-driven optimization positioned Amel Susan Products as a leader in its niche, expanding their reach and creating measurable growth.
