Surge is an organization focused on educating and onboarding women and newcomers into Web3. Newcomers often feel intimidated when getting started in Web3 due to a lack of accessible and easily digestible content.
👩🏼💻The Writing Process
As one of the first writers at Surge, I took on the task of demystifying Web3 for women and newcomers. My process began with comprehensive research to ensure accuracy. Then, I focused on distilling complex ideas into engaging formats like how-to guides, articles, and Twitter threads always mindful of language and structure.
Collaborating with the Surge team was key, incorporating feedback loops to meet high standards for accessibility. The final stage involved a review process to deliver high-quality educational resources. This approach not only contributed to Surge’s mission but also honed my ability to simplify complex concepts for an eager audience.

💡Personal Insights
Working with Surge taught me the incredible impact of accessible education.
