Designing a Secure Carpooling Ecosystem: VIIA Admin System UI

About the Company VIIA is a UK-based travel startup offering eco-friendly carpooling solutions to reduce carbon footprints and make travel more affordable and engaging. By connecting drivers and passengers, VIIA encourages communal travel as a sustainable alternative to solo car trips or expensive train journeys.

The Problem: VIIA needed a streamlined admin web app to manage drivers, passengers, trips, and overall platform activity efficiently. Their existing system lacked the necessary tools for easy administration, data tracking, and real-time user management.

My Approach: I designed and developed an intuitive admin web app that provides the VIIA team with full control over platform operations. I focused on creating a clean, easy-to-navigate interface that allows admins to manage user data, monitor trips, and analyze real-time statistics. I also ensured the app was scalable to accommodate future growth and feature integrations.
