United Mart, a leading grocery retail chain in Cambodia, needed a user-friendly and intuitive app design to improve the digital shopping experience, boost customer loyalty, and simplify online grocery orders.

We designed the United Mart mobile app, focusing on seamless navigation, wallet integration, loyalty rewards, and efficient shopping flows. Through UX research, wireframes, and visual design iterations, we created an interface that is both engaging and functional — helping users shop smarter and faster.

Home Interface: Engaging splash screen, onboarding flow, and browsing modes (Nearby & Explore).

Wallet Integration: Easy fund management, multiple payment methods, and loyalty point conversion.

Notifications: Promotions, order updates, and customizable notification settings.

Shopping Module: Organized categories, quick add-to-cart, product sharing, and detailed listings.

Order Management: Real-time tracking, multiple delivery options, and simple return/cancel flows.

Wishlist & Account Settings: Save favorites, manage profiles, and revisit recently viewed items.

Loyalty & Support: Reward program, discounts, FAQs, and customer support tools.

In just two weeks, we delivered a fully designed mobile app that combines intuitive UX/UI with innovative shopping features like Nearby Mode, Explore Mode, and wallet integration — enhancing convenience, building loyalty, and transforming United Mart’s digital retail experience.
