Ophelia Lounge is a cocktail lounge and rooftop bar in Midtown East, Manhattan.

I redesigned Ophelia - a restaurant and lounge business into a more premium, modern, and human-centred experience. I improved its digital presence and added an ordering system that helps the customers make purchases better, accurately and faster. I also designed and built an ERP + Fintech product that would be integrated into the website, which would help the restaurant to manage orders.

For this project, I focused on creating a cleaner and more professional web experience putting in mind the needs of the customers. The new site includes a polished homepage, mobile-responsive design, and clear booking CTAs.

Integrating the website and the fintech + ERP app helps to track and confirm payment from multiple bank apps, tracks cash flow, saves money for monthly expenses(payroll), manages customer orders, inventory and suppliers, and keeps all branches of business within a single app.

The goal was to give Ophelia a strong online presence, a human-centred interface design, a better user experience and a way to turn visitors into real clients. Also, to make the management of the business easy.
