Business consulting project in association with Hone Blends and the University of Washington School of Business.

Hone Blends is Seattle based startup in the functional beverage industry.

My consulting team of 5 worked on this intensive project for 10 weeks. We held weekly meetings with the founders of Hone to discuss objectives. We presented actionable recommendations and redesigned their pitch deck to present to series A investors.
The Goal: To better understand Hone's target audience through data collection using Google Analytics and Shopify. We also conducted a large Qualtrics survey with questions geared towards behavior to better understand consumers attitudes towards Hone products.
Concluding the research, we came up with three main recommendations.
