Suite is a two-sided marketplace for couples and vendors to book each other. Currently based in San Diego, Suite is a one-stop shop for recently engaged couples to plan and book their wedding vendors. Suite's vendors are wedding professionals ranging from venues to florists to catering and so much more. Suite needed an exciting and engaging website to share on social media and create awareness amongst local wedding vendors.
My job was to help create the brand identity and online presence for Suite. I started with user and market research to verify the viability of the platform and identify the target audiences we wished to engage. By targeting Couples and Vendors, we adhered to strict color usage to ensure visitors intuitively understood when the information in front of them was for Couples, Vendors, or both. I built user journeys, wireframes and usable prototypes in Figma to fine tune the look and feel of the website. On Webflow, I built each page to guide users to CTA's and to explore every page.
The Why
The main objective of the website project was to create an engaging experience while providing lots of information for visitors. Before the platform finished, the metric of success we used was visitors-turned-subscribers and by providing strategically placed CTA's throughout the site, we gathered 83 subscribers in the first two months (and continue to add more).
Now that the platform is usable in the MVP stage, we are positioning the website to provide information and point visitors to sign up for the platform.
