Design a responsive admin panel for brokers
Research
Due to limited scope of the project, I spoke to one broker and carefully reviewed the design prompt to define the base user flow. This allowed me to take a user-centered approach and prioritize relevant information and features.
User persona
Goals:
Maximize commissions and profits & mitigate risk
Increase clients
Determine which books to sign clients into
Pain points:
Navigate high volumes of client data to inform decision-making
Identify client behavioral patterns using demographic data
Provide end-of-day receipts to clients
In particular, the broker noted that for his decision-making, he needs to know who his highest net worth clients are, the highest value countries, and the time that they are most active.
Problem statement
“Brokers using WeArePartners need a more efficient and insightful way to manage their clients and track their performance.
They face challenges in accessing real-time data, understanding client demographics, and optimizing their earnings.
How can we provide brokers with a streamlined and data-driven experience to enhance their client management and financial tracking?”
Defining the possible interactions that the user has with the interface, in relation to the user goal allows me to keep the user needs front-and-center throughout the design process
