Context
This series was created for the second of five lectures I illustrated within a university course on urban experience. The lecture explored how public space is shaped by behaviour, rules, access, mobility and different forms of social use.
My role
I developed the visual concept and illustrations for the lecture, translating abstract ideas about public space, conflict, movement, control and everyday urban activity into simple visual scenes and diagrams.
Outcome
The final illustrations gave the lecture a clear visual language and helped make complex relationships between people, rules and urban space easier to understand and discuss.
