Transforming Fare collection system for digital age

Scheidt&Bachmann is a leading provider of system solutions that make using public transport easy. The company combine innovative products and services with unique expertise in Fare collections systems and help make sustainable mobility accessible to everyone. These solutions ensure that public transport is easy to access and widely used by as many people as possible. In the same time the company is enabling transport companies to operate and run their business efficiently. I partnered with company Scheidt&Bachmann to create intuitive, and reliable forward-looking fare collection service portal that enables transport companies to operate successfully and run their business efficiently. Service portal save time, optimize business performance, helps transport companies to respond faster to incidents, make informed decisions, and offer reliable service for passengers. I cooperated as UX/UI Designer with Product Manager, Product Owner, Solution Architects, Front-End Developers, and other stakeholders to solve complex problems through user-centered design, blending UX design, business strategy and technical feasibility. I helped to build UX/UI design solutions by translating business and user needs into intuitive wireframes, high-fidelity designs, userflows and prototypes. I created high-fidelity designs in Figma alongside with design system and libraries. I regularly conducted feedback sessions with stakeholders, and iterated designs to ensure alignment with product goals, technical feasibility and project's deadlines. Apart from the Service portal I worked also on other two projects within scope of my work that were designed for other type of users.    Disclaimer: The project is under NDA.
