Leveraging Figma's illustration capabilities and Jitter's animation tools dramatically accelerated production, increasing efficiency tenfold compared to traditional After Effects workflows. I utilized After Effects only for complex motions and final compilation, with approximately 90% of the project completed beforehand. Once the client secured voiceover talent, I restructured pacing in just 4 hours to match the new narration, wrapping up the remaining tweaks in a few days.
