This project with a world-leader in medical devices manufacturing specialised in the vaccine cold chain, was a comprehensive endeavour aimed at increasing the company's social media presence and organic engagement across platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Facebook and Instagram) .
The process began with an in-depth analysis of the target market, including healthcare professionals and institutions in need of reliable medical refrigeration. This foundational research informed the creation of tailored ad content that resonated with the audience's specific needs and challenges, ensuring relevance and engagement.
A multi-platform approach was adopted to maximize reach and effectiveness, with strategies designed for Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter (X) and Instagram. Each platform's unique characteristics and user behaviours were considered to optimize messaging, and visual elements, resulting in a cohesive yet platform-specific strategy.
The posts were monitored closely, with performance data analysed regularly to refine and adjust strategies for optimal results. This iterative process ensured that the strategy employed was agile and responsive to market trends and audience engagement patterns.
Social media posts were published on most platforms at an average frequency of three times per week over a period of over three years and they yielded the following results: - An average engagement rate of 8.64% on LinkedIn, 7.59% on Twitter, 9.35% on Facebook and 10.63% on Instagram. - Led to an average of 112 link clicks per post published. - Reached over 12 million social media users.
Overall, the social media organic strategy for B Medical Systems significantly increased the brand's visibility on social media platforms, and fostered a very high and constant level of engagement by the company's followers.
