As part of my 30 by 30 bucket list, I set out to create something special: a wellness newsletter. I'm super excited to share this project with you as one of my many passion projects. My goal? To build a personal brand all about feeling good, understanding psychology, and sharing science-backed wellness tips and tricks. Health and wellness are topics I'm really passionate about. Back when I was living in the U.S., I worked as a health and fitness coach. Plus, I completed 200 hours of Hatha Yoga Training and 200 hours of Meditation Teacher Training. With these certifications under my belt, I am inspired to spread some knowledge through writing and curating content for my intended audience.
