The Storytelling
The romance of the fox and the moon is a metaphor for this beautiful Pinot Noir, with grapes harvested under the moonlight. This biodynamic wine, produced by Famille Renard (French for fox), tells the tale of family recipes jealously guarded through generations. Bête Noire is a premium, handcrafted small batch that celebrates the 2021 vintage.
