The Problem

A network of dental clinics was struggling with patient operations: scheduling was manual and error-prone, follow-up reminders were inconsistent, and patient records were scattered across multiple systems. Staff spent more time on admin than patient care.

The Solution

I built an end-to-end patient operations automation system that handles scheduling, follow-ups, and records management with minimal human intervention.
How it works:
Patients book appointments through an automated system integrated with the clinic's calendar
Claude API powers a conversational interface for appointment changes, questions, and pre-visit forms
Automated follow-up sequences trigger after visits (reminders, satisfaction surveys, recall notices)
Patient records sync across all clinic locations via Firebase
Staff dashboard shows daily schedules, pending tasks, and patient history at a glance
