Infinite Age came to me spending $3,500/day on Meta Ads with fragmented campaigns, wasted spend across too many ad sets, and a creative strategy that had flatlined. Their account structure was a mess — no clear testing framework, no audience segmentation by awareness level, and ads that burned out within weeks.
They needed someone who could restructure the entire operation and scale profitably — fast.
What I Did
1. Full Account Restructure
Stripped the account down to its bones. Consolidated fragmented campaigns into a clean structure with clear objectives: prospecting, retargeting, and retention. Eliminated overlapping audiences that were bidding against each other and driving up CPMs.
2. Audience-Awareness Creative System
Built a creative framework based on Eugene Schwartz's awareness levels:
Problem Aware: Ads addressing the pain points before introducing the product
Solution Aware: Ads positioning Infinite Age as the answer, with social proof
Most Aware: Direct response ads with offers for people who already knew the brand
Each bucket got its own creative style, copy angles, and landing pages. This alone transformed performance because we stopped serving cold audiences the same ads as warm ones.
3. Long-Lived Ad Strategy
Instead of churning through creatives weekly, I built ads designed to run for 6-12 months. The key was broad enough messaging that wouldn't fatigue, combined with Meta's algorithm having room to optimize delivery across a wide audience. Some of our best performers ran profitably for 8+ months straight.
The Results
Daily Ad Spend: $3,500 → $45,000
Total Revenue: $7,254,984
ROAS: 2x+ sustained throughout the scale
Purchase Conversions: +192.43%
Average Order Value: +29%
Thumb Stop Rate: +17.13% improvement
Overall Sales Growth: +91%
Scaled from $3,500/day to $45,000/day in 120 days while maintaining 2x+ ROAS throughout. The account went from disorganized and stagnant to generating over $7.2 million in revenue.
Client Testimonial
"You guys have been the game changer for us. The restructuring of our ad account and the creative strategy completely transformed our business."
— Russel Symes, Founder and CEO, Infinite Age
Why It Worked
The difference wasn't just "better ads." It was a systems-level overhaul: account structure that gave the algorithm clean signals, creative frameworks that matched message to audience temperature, and a scaling methodology that increased spend gradually while monitoring marginal ROAS at each step.
Most agencies scale spend and watch ROAS crater. I scaled spend and watched ROAS hold — because the foundation was solid.
