Led the transition of the Contract Management team from manual tracking methods into JIRA, including the creation of custom workflows, team dashboards, and comprehensive training resources. 
Project Goals
Custom workflows tailored to invoice approvals, rejections, and escalations.
A clear dashboard for managers to monitor team performance and bottlenecks.
Training and resources to ensure smooth adoption of the new system.
My Role
Conducted requirements gathering sessions with the contract processing team & JIRA team.

Test and had live cohorts for team members and stakeholders.
Created dashboards for leadership and team members.
Challenges
Had to learn JIRA while working wit the dev team.
Initial adaptation for stakeholders was rough. Had training cohorts for 2 months.
Had to centralize workflows from 2 different teams.
Results
Successfully implemented JIRA to the contract management team.
Eliminated manual tracking.
Positive feedback from leadership.
Team members were trained within 3 weeks.
