An e-commerce brand on Shopify needed more Trustpilot reviews to build social proof, but couldn't risk negative experiences going public and damaging their rating. They had no automated system for collecting reviews post-purchase.
What I Built
I designed and built a fully automated post-purchase flow in Klaviyo with Stripo-designed email templates:
Timed post-purchase touchpoints triggered by Shopify order fulfillment
Satisfaction filter that gauges customer sentiment before requesting a review
Conditional split: happy customers are directed to leave a Trustpilot review; unhappy customers are routed to internal support for resolution
Branded email designs that match the store's visual identity
Result
The brand now collects authentic Trustpilot reviews on autopilot while protecting their public reputation. Negative experiences are caught and resolved internally before they ever reach a review platform.
