Several DTC brands had no structured onboarding for new subscribers, leaving revenue on the table between signup and first purchase. New subscribers received a single welcome email (or nothing at all) and were immediately dropped into promotional blasts.
What I Built
Over 2 months, I designed welcome series and onboarding flows in Klaviyo with Figma mockups for client approval:
Multi-email welcome sequences tailored to each brand's voice and customer journey
Progressive engagement structure: introduce brand → build trust via social proof → present offer → drive first purchase
Conditional logic adapting the flow based on subscriber actions
Clean, on-brand email designs approved through Figma before build
Result
Each sequence is tailored to the brand's voice and customer journey, converting new subscribers into first-time buyers through a structured trust-building process rather than immediate hard sells.
