The platform supports multiple clients with client-specific business rules, workflows, dashboards, and operational requirements, while processing high volumes of freight and financial data.

Freight Class has been continuously developed over approximately five years, with new capabilities, integrations, workflows, and infrastructure added as operational requirements evolved.
The architecture and product have therefore had to support both ongoing feature development and the stability required by an established production system.
