Project Overview
Pop-Up Pooch Spa (P.U.P.S.), led by an award-winning groomer, needed a modernized website that highlights both in-home dog grooming and an upcoming membership program for groomers. The aim was to update brand messaging, improve user experience, and boost traffic—making it easy for pet parents and aspiring professionals to discover everything P.U.P.S. has to offer.
Problem Statement
The existing site focused only on grooming services, underplaying product sales and online training opportunities. Minimal local SEO, poor navigation, and inconsistent typography caused lost revenue and missed mentorship engagements, prompting a complete refresh to unify the brand’s diverse offerings.
Process & Methodology
A thorough audit revealed broken site structure and unclear calls to action. With targeted research and collaboration from the client, we overhauled the site design, messaging, and SEO strategy to align with busy pet parents and aspiring groomers, ensuring each audience had clear paths to engagement.
Implementation
We reworked typography for clarity, streamlined navigation for easy booking and product discovery, and integrated local SEO alongside new membership teasers. The site now features consistent branding, compelling copy, and a waitlist sign-up for future training programs—enabling P.U.P.S. to effectively serve both core audiences.
Results & Outcomes
• Visits: Over 100% increase—from (January 2025) - (March 2025).
• Page Views: 2× growth
• Returning vs. New Visitors: New visitors dropped from 67.4% to 58.62%, indicating higher repeat engagement.
• Overall Effect: Users explore more content per session, signifying stronger interest in both in-home grooming and the future membership program.
