DropPilot — Concept Mobile App & Print Design

DropPilot is a demonstration project that shows how Figma’s tools can be used to design a mobile application and a print, and turn them into a demand-led preorder concept designed to reduce excess inventory. In the prototype, I illustrate the customer journey — from joining the waitlist and confirming registration to placing a preorder, where production begins only after demand is validated. Using the Cyber Lemon print as an example, I demonstrate a Figma‑based workflow — Agent, Weave, MCP, and Make — that helps transform an idea into a finished visual and a promo campaign, accelerating the connection between the customer and the manufacturer.

Challenge

The industry's challenges: overproduction, lack of verified demand, and the disconnect between designers and manufacturers.

The DropPilot System

DropPilot explores how a fashion print and a mobile app prototype can form a demand‑led preorder flow. The system follows a simple path: the print is created in Figma, transformed into product visuals, integrated into the mobile drop, and connected to a waitlist where customers register interest. Only after demand is validated, the concept moves toward production. The prototype also includes a lightweight analytics view that visualizes how interest could be measured before manufacturing begins.

Scope

Brand identity (Cyber Core), mobile app prototype, user flow, product flow, AI‑powered creation pipeline (Agent → Weave → MCP → Make), final campaign assets, and go‑to‑market launch surfaces.

Design Direction: Cyber Core

Core identity — a neon‑driven, futuristic aesthetic defined by bold typography, high‑contrast palettes, and character‑centric storytelling. Cyber Lemon acts as the main character within this system, carrying the brand’s tone across print, product shots, and campaign visuals.

Key Outputs

DropPilot presents a set of concept deliverables showing how a print and a mobile app prototype can work together as a preorder experience. The outputs include the Cyber Core brand kit, the mobile flow, the user journey, the AI‑powered creation pipeline, the campaign visuals, and the launch surfaces — forming one cohesive digital drop.

Visual Language / Brand Identity: The Cyber Core

Mobile App Prototype — Product Flow

It demonstrates the customer journey — from joining the waitlist and confirming registration to placing a preorder, where production begins only after demand is validated.

User Flow — Frictionless Two‑State Journey

AI‑Powered Creation Pipeline

End‑to‑end Figma‑native AI pipeline: Agent generates the print, Weave prepares fashion visuals, MCP builds the product story, and Make creates product and promo campaign shots, finishing with motion VFX.

Final Campaign Assets

Final campaign visuals featuring the Cyber Lemon character in a neon cityscape, showcasing the Cyber Core aesthetic for the hoodie drop.

Go‑to‑Market Launch — AI Deployment

This screen shows how DropPilot assembles a complete digital drop from the assets created in Figma — the hoodie print, product card, and app interface. The chain illustrates how the system prepares visuals, builds functional screens, visualizes the drop inside the application, the waitlist activation, and a demand-validation analytics view before manufacturing begins.

Conclusion

DropPilot explores how independent manufacturers could reduce risks and avoid overproduction by validating demand before anything goes into production. This creates less waste and a more responsible ecosystem where both makers and customers benefit.
