Designed and shipped Viamo's first design system, eliminating years of redundant work and bringing consistency to a fragmented product experience.

Before this system, every feature meant rebuilding components from scratch. This slowed teams down, created inconsistencies, and frustrated both designers and engineers. I built the foundation that changed that—creating reusable components, clear documentation, and a scalable system that improved velocity and collaboration across the organization.
