The beauty of having a proofreader and editor in your team is that you have fewer points of error in your brand stories or even simple personal documents.

My recent big role in proofreading and editing has been for a personal finance and entrepreneurship blog.

The founder - my client - wanted a seamless pipeline between writing articles and having them published as great final content.

Using my experience in content writing and tools dedicated to help in writing, I managed to consistently proofread and edit 2,000 words every three days.

I checked and fixed:

Typos

Spelling errors

Paragraph length, focus, and indentation

Stylistic guidelines including citations, line spacing, page numbering, title pages, etc.

Correctness of names or unusual spellings.

Sentence fragmentation.
