Hospitable.com is an industry-leading platform that helps short-term rental hosts automate guest communication, operations, and multi-platform management across Airbnb, Booking.com, and Vrbo.

The company decided to redesign and rebuild their marketing site in Framer to modernize their brand presence, improve site performance*, and streamline content management for their growing marketing team. Their internal team handled strategy and content, while Maxime Vandenberge and I led design and development.

*Site performance was measured by: increased conversion rate, reduced bounce rate, and reduced time-to-trial

Working closely with Hospitable’s marketing and product teams, we were responsible for:

Defining the new website design — translating their updated visual identity into a scalable design system and component library in Framer.

Building over 100 static pages — ensuring pixel-perfect implementation, full responsiveness, and strong Core Web Vitals performance across all devices.

Migrating 1,100+ CMS items — including blog posts, multimedia content, and resource pages, with structured data and redirects for SEO continuity.

Integrating their full marketing stack — Typeform forms, analytics, cookie consent, and everything in between.

Training the marketing team to confidently manage, publish, and optimize pages directly in Framer.

Ensuring SEO stability throughout the migration, maintaining rankings and organic traffic after launch.

The site went live on October 2nd. After 5 weeks of it being live, here’s what the Hospitable team reported on their key metrics:

Visitor-to-trial conversion rate: Increased by 25%, marking the most significant improvement after the redesign.

Homepage bounce rate: Still stabilizing as more data comes in, but early trends show a clear downward (positive) trajectory.

Time-to-trial: Improved by 18%, meaning visitors are moving faster from first visit to sign-up.
